Refund policy

At Good Form Foods, we want you to feel completely confident trying our sprouted walnut butter and snack products. We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Love It Guarantee
We offer a “Love It Guarantee” on our walnut butter jars.
If you try our walnut butter and don’t love it, you may request a full refund on up to two (2) jars from your order—no return required.
To qualify:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Applies only to first-time purchases of each flavor (not repeat purchases of the same item).

Applies to jar products only; does not apply to to-go packs or bulk/wholesale orders.
To request a Love It Guarantee refund, contact us at admin@goodformfoods.com with your order number and the items you would like refunded.
2. Standard Refund Eligibility
Outside of the Love It Guarantee, we accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request a photo of the issue to verify the claim.
We will replace the item(s) at no cost or issue a full refund.
3. Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened products unless specifically requested for quality investigation.
Do not ship items back unless our support team instructs you to do so.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund except in cases of damage or fulfillment error:

To-go packs

Bulk/wholesale purchases

Gift cards
-
Items purchased from third-party retailers, grocery stores, or markets (contact them directly for their policies)
5. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing times vary by financial institution but typically take 3–10 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled but may still qualify for a Love It Guarantee refund.
7. Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

Marked as Delivered but Missing: Contact us within 5 days.

Lost in Transit: Contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Carrier Delays (weather, holidays, etc.): We cannot control carrier delays, but we will always try to help resolve the issue.
