Good Form Foods — Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Good Form Foods! We make and ship all products in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Below is our official Shipping Policy, written to comply with Google Merchant Center requirements and U.S. e-commerce standards.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — when available

Free Shipping on qualifying orders (threshold varies by promotion)
Any free shipping thresholds will always be clearly displayed on our website and checkout page.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery time varies based on carrier, destination, and shipping method.
Estimated transit times:

These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to:

P.O. boxes (for some carriers)

International addresses (coming soon)
If you attempt to place an order outside our shipping area, your order may be canceled and refunded.
6. Warm Weather Shipping
Our products are shelf-stable, but during extreme heat we may use insulation or adjust shipping methods to protect freshness.
If necessary, we may hold shipments for 1–2 days to avoid weekend or holiday delays that may expose products to heat.
7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked Delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery notification.
For lost or missing packages:

We will assist with filing a carrier claim

We may send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation

Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis
Good Form Foods is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement or offer a refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing your order.
After orders are processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
