Good Form Foods — Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 25th, 2025

At Good Form Foods, we offer flexible ways to purchase your walnut butter and sprouted snacks. This policy explains the terms for one-time purchases, subscriptions (if applicable), changes to orders, and cancellations.


1. One-Time Purchases

You may purchase any of our products as a standard, one-time order.

For one-time orders:

  • Payment is collected at checkout.

  • Orders begin processing immediately.

  • Cancellation is possible within 2 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not entered fulfillment.

If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Subscription Purchases (If Enabled)

Some products may be available through a recurring subscription plan at a discounted price.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Recurring automatic charges to your payment method

  • Scheduled deliveries based on the interval you select

  • Subscription charges continuing until you cancel

Changing or Canceling a Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your customer account, or

  • Contacting us at admin@goodformfoods.com

  • To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Subscription orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a refund under our Love It Guarantee (up to two jars).


3. Pre-Orders (If Offered)

From time to time, certain items may be available for pre-order.

When placing a pre-order:

  • Your card may be charged immediately or at fulfillment (depending on platform settings—this will be clearly stated at checkout).

  • Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page.

  • You may cancel a pre-order up until the item enters production or fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been processed for fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.


4. Order Modifications

You may request changes to your order (address update, product swap, quantity change) within 2 hours of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee modifications after this window, as fulfillment may already be underway.


5. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase for:

  • One-time orders

  • Subscription renewal orders

  • Pre-orders (before production starts)

To request cancellation, email admin@goodformfoods.com with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for our Love It Guarantee or a replacement if the product arrived damaged.


6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails:

  • One-time orders will not be processed.

  • Subscription orders will retry automatically for up to 3 days.

  • After repeated failures, the subscription may be paused or canceled.

You can update your payment method anytime through your account.


7. Fraud & Abuse Protections

To ensure fair use of promotional pricing and the Love It Guarantee:

  • We reserve the right to limit purchases, cancel suspicious orders, or refuse service in cases of misuse, fraud, or excessive refund requests.

  • Any abuse of discounts, referral codes, or guarantees may result in cancellation of the order and removal of promotional access.
